Carob-Date Syrup

Ingredients
- 2 c water
- 2 c soft dates
- 12 c carob powder
Directions
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into container and add 1 cup of water
- Use this to rinse out the blender
- Stir well
- Use 5 tablespoons syrup to one cup water to make a delicious hot or cold drink
- Mix 12 cup rice milk with 12 cup water and add 4 tablespoons carob syrup
- Blend until smooth
- Also may use as a hot syrup
- Delicious on bananas with chopped nuts sprinkled on top
