Carolina Dream Cake

Ingredients

• 1 c butter softened
• 2 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 3 14 c all-purpose flour
• 3 12 tsp baking powder
• 34 tsp salt
• 1 c milk
• 8 egg whites

Directions

1. Cream butter
2. Gradually add sugar beating well with mixer Add vanilla
3. Combine flour baking powder and salt
4. Add to creamed mixture alternating with flour mixture
5. Beat egg whites until stiff
6. Fold them into batter
7. Grease 3 9-inch round cake pans
8. Line with wax paper also grease it
9. Pour batter in them and bake at 350 for 18 to 20 minutes
