CarolineS Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 12 c all-purpose flour
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp baking soda
• 1 c shortening
• 1 c peanut butter
• 1 c white sugar
• 1 c brown sugar packed
• 2 eggs

Directions

1. Mix flour salt and baking soda set aside
2. Mix shortening and peanut butter add both kinds of sugar
3. Mix well
4. Add eggs and beat well
5. Stir flour mixture into peanut butter mixture
6. Drop dough from a teaspoon on a baking sheet
7. Flatten with a watered fork
8. Bake at 375 for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly browned
