Carrot-Pineapple Cake

Ingredients
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp salt
- 23 c salad oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 c shredded carrots
- 12 c crushed pineapple
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 12 c nuts
Directions
- Sift together into large mixing bowl the flour sugar baking powder soda cinnamon and salt
- Then add salad oil eggs shredded carrots pineapple vanilla and nuts
- Beat until well mixed
- Bake in greased and floured 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 350 for 35 minutes
