Carrot-Pineapple Cake

Ingredients

• 1 12 c flour
• 1 c sugar
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 12 tsp salt
• 23 c salad oil
• 2 eggs
• 1 c shredded carrots
• 12 c crushed pineapple
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 12 c nuts

Directions

1. Sift together into large mixing bowl the flour sugar baking powder soda cinnamon and salt
2. Then add salad oil eggs shredded carrots pineapple vanilla and nuts
3. Beat until well mixed
4. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 350 for 35 minutes
