Carrot Bread

Ingredients
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 12 tsp cinnamon
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sugar
- 12 c oil
- 1 c mashed carrots
- 12 c chopped nuts
Directions
- Sift together flour soda cinnamon and salt set aside
- Beat eggs and beat in sugar oil and carrots
- Gradually beat in flour mixture
- Stir in nuts
- Pour into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and bake in preheated 350 oven for 55 to 60 minutes
- Cool 10 minutes in pan then turn onto a rack to cool
