Carrot Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
- 12 head cabbage
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 pkg sweetener
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 small onion
- 2 carrots
- 12 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
Directions
- Shred cabbage and carrots
- Finely chop onion and celery
- Mix together in a large bowl
- In a separate bowl mix remaining ingredients
- Pour over shredded vegetables and refrigerate Yields 10 servings
