Carrot Cake

Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 c sugar
- 1 12 c salad oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 c carrots finely grated
- 1 can crushed pineapple drained well
- 1 12 c coconut
Directions
- Mix oil eggs and sugar
- Add dry ingredients
- Blend in carrots pineapple and coconut
- Bake at 350
- until done
- Do not overbake
- Makes one 9 x 13-inch or 3 9-inch round layers
- Ice with cream cheese frosting
