Carrot Cake 1

Ingredients
- 1 12 c flour
- 1 14 c sugar
- 1 12 tsp baking soda
- 1 12 tsp cinnamon
- 14 tsp salt
- 2 4 12 oz jars strained baby carrots
- 23 c oil
- 2 eggs beaten
- 12 tsp vanilla
- 23 c coconut
- 1 can 8 oz crushed pineapple drained
- 12 c chopped walnuts
Directions
- Mix flour sugar soda cinnamon and salt
- Add carrots oil eggs and vanilla
- Mix well
- Add pineapple coconut and walnuts Makes 9 inch square pan for 9 x 13 double recipe
- Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
- Cool
