Carrot Cake 2

Ingredients
- 3 c all-purpose flour
- 3 c sugar
- 3 c grated carrots
- 4 eggs beaten
- 12 to 1 c chopped nuts
- 1 12 c cooking oil
- 2 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Sift together flour sugar soda salt and cinnamon then add eggs oil carrots and nuts
- Mix all together well
- Pour into angel food cake pan
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 20 minutes
