Carrot Cake Bundt Style
Ingredients
- 1 14 c oil
- 3 c sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 c chopped walnuts
- 1 can cream cheese frosting
- 3 c flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 c grated carrots
- 4 eggs well beaten
- 2 tsp baking soda
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Sift all dry ingredients together 4 times
- Add eggs and oil and mix well 2 minutes
- Add carrots and mix 2 minutes more
- Fold in chopped walnuts
- Pour into ungreased Bundt pan
- Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes
- Cool completely
- Turn out onto plate and frost
- For storage keep tightly covered
- May freeze to preserve up to 30 days
