Carrot CakeFamily Favorite

Ingredients

• 3 c grated carrots
• 2 c sugar
• 1 14 c vegetable oil
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 c chopped nuts
• 2 c flour
• 4 eggs
• 2 tsp soda
• 14 tsp salt
• 2 tsp cinnamon optional

Directions

1. Mix sugar and oil add eggs one at a time and beat well Add grated carrots
2. Add dry ingredients that have been sifted together
3. Bake in 3 8 or 9-inch cake pans greased and floured Bake at 325 for 30 to 45 minutes
