Carrot CakeSelf-Rising Flour
Ingredients
- 2 c self-rising flour
- 2 c sugar
- 1 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 14 c Wesson oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 c finely shredded carrots
Directions
- Mix the first 5 ingredients
- Add Wesson oil eggs and carrots beat well
- Pour into two 9-inch pans or three 8-inch pans
- Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes
- Cool
