Carrot CakeSelf-Rising Flour

Ingredients

  • 2 c self-rising flour
  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 14 c Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c finely shredded carrots

Directions

  1. Mix the first 5 ingredients
  2. Add Wesson oil eggs and carrots beat well
  3. Pour into two 9-inch pans or three 8-inch pans
  4. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes
  5. Cool
