Carrot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 c mashed cooked carrots
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 c milk
  • 12 c sugar
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 14 tsp cinnamon
  • 14 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder

Directions

  1. Puree together carrots melted margarine and milk
  2. Mix together sugar eggs flour cinnamon nutmeg and baking powder Add pureed carrot mixture to rest of ingredients
  3. Bake at 350 for 12 to 1 hour until crispy
