Carrot Casserole

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
- 12 c grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 qt sliced carrots cooked
- 12 tsp salt
Directions
- Melt butter in skillet brown onion
- Add soup cheese and carrots
- Mix well
- Pour mixture in greased casserole pan
- Top with bread crumbs optional
- Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes
