Carrot Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 c mashed cooked carrots
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1 c milk
- 12 c sugar
- 3 eggs beaten
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 14 tsp cinnamon
- 14 tsp nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
Directions
- Puree together carrots melted margarine and milk
- Mix together sugar eggs flour cinnamon nutmeg and baking powder Add pureed carrot mixture to rest of ingredients
- Bake at 350 for 12 to 1 hour until crispy
