Carrot Casserole

Ingredients

• 2 pkg fresh carrots or 4 c sliced
• 12 c oleo
• 1 12 c cheese Velveeta
• 1 onion chopped

Directions

1. Cook carrots until done
2. Drain
3. Add the other ingredients and top with crushed potato chips
4. Bake at 300 for 12 hour
