Ingredients
- 12 carrots
- 12 c butter
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped celery
- 14 c flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp dry mustard
- 18 tsp pepper
- 2 c milk
- 12 lb sharp cheese slices
- bread crumbs
Directions
- Slice and cook carrots
- Drain
- Make a sauce with the remaining ingredients except cheese and bread crumbs
