Carrot Coin Coleslaw

Ingredients

• 1 qt shredded cabbage
• 12 c thin carrot slices
• 14 c chopped green pepper
• 12 c radish slices
• Miracle Whip salad dressing

Directions

1. Combine cabbage carrot green pepper radishes and enough salad dressing to moisten
2. Garnish with green pepper rings if desired
3. Makes 6 to 8 servings
