Carrot Creme Mold

Ingredients

• 1 6 oz pkg orange Jell-O
• 1 c sour cream
• 4 carrots grated fine
• 2 c boiling water
• 1 14 oz can crushed pineapple undrained

Directions

1. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water
2. Add undrained pineapple and carrots
3. Fold in sour cream
4. Pour into pan and refrigerate
