Carrot Creme Mold

Ingredients
- 1 6 oz pkg orange Jell-O
- 1 c sour cream
- 4 carrots grated fine
- 2 c boiling water
- 1 14 oz can crushed pineapple undrained
Directions
- Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water
- Add undrained pineapple and carrots
- Fold in sour cream
- Pour into pan and refrigerate
