Carrot Delight

Ingredients
- 2 lb carrots
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 12 c sugar may add up to 1 c
- 12 c vinegar
- 12 c salad oil
- 1 tsp each salt pepper and dry mustard
Directions
- Cook cleaned and sliced carrots in unsalted water until tender
- Drain and place in bowl with chopped pepper and onion Make a sauce of remaining ingredients
- Bring sauce to boil and pour over carrots
