Carrot Nut Bread

Ingredients

• 1 c white sugar
• 34 c liquid shortening
• 2 eggs
• 1 12 c flour plain
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp soda
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 12 c carrots grated
• 12 c nutmeats

Directions

1. Mix together sugar and shortening
2. Add eggs
3. Sift together flour cinnamon soda and salt
4. Add to first mixture then stir in carrots and nutmeats
5. Bake in a loaf pan for 1 hour at 370
