Carrot Pennies
Ingredients
- 3 bunches carrots
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 c sugar
- 12 c salad oil
- 12 c vinegar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions
- Cook carrots
- until
- tender
- Add onions green peppers salt and pepper
- Heat

- to boiling the remaining ingredients and pour over carrot mixture
- Chill well
