Carrot Pineapple Bread

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 12 c oil
- 2 c sugar
- 3 c grated carrots
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 3 c flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking soda
Directions
- Beat first 3 ingredients
- Add next 3 ingredients add remaining ingredients and blend
- Its much easier to use Cusinart or blender for carrots
- Lightly grease 2 loaf pans and bake at 325 for 1 hour
