Carrot Surprise

Ingredients

• 2 c cooked and mashed carrots
• 1 stick butter
• 1 tsp baking powder
• dash of cinnamon
• 3 eggs well beaten
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 1 c sugar

Directions

1. Mix and bake at 350 for 45 minutes
