Carrots A LOrange

Ingredients
- 2 lb carrots cut into sticks and cooked
- 4 tsp cornstarch
- 4 Tbsp sugar
- 1 c orange juice
- 4 Tbsp butter
- dash of ginger optional
Directions
- Mix cornstarch and sugar in small saucepan
- Pour in orange juice and mix well
- Heat stirring until thickened
- Stir in butter and ginger
- Pour over cooked carrots
