Carrots A LOrange

Ingredients

  • 2 lb carrots cut into sticks and cooked
  • 4 tsp cornstarch
  • 4 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 c orange juice
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • dash of ginger optional

Directions

  1. Mix cornstarch and sugar in small saucepan
  2. Pour in orange juice and mix well
  3. Heat stirring until thickened
  4. Stir in butter and ginger
  5. Pour over cooked carrots
