Carrots And Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 lb baby carrots
- 12 stick butter
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese
- 12 butter
- 2 c crackers
Directions
- Cook carrots and drain
- Melt the butter and cheese together then mix with the carrots
- Place in 9 x 13-inch pan
- Melt butter and mix with the crackers
- Sprinkle over the carrots and cheese Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until cracker mixture is brown
