Carrots And Pineapple

Ingredients

• 12 c pineapple juice
• 12 c carrot stock
• 1 Tbsp cornstarch
• 12 tsp salt
• 18 tsp pepper
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 2 c sliced cooked carrots
• 12 c drained pineapple chunks

Directions

1. Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan bring to a boil Cook until thickened stirring constantly
2. Add remaining ingredients heat through
