Carrots Lyonnaise
Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots cut in julienne strips
- 2 cubes chicken bouillon
- water to cover
- 14 c margarine
- 1 to 3 onions sliced
- 1 Tbsp flour
Directions
- Cook together carrots bouillon and water
- Simmer sliced onions in butter
- Add flour to thicken and water drained from carrots
- Add to carrots and cook together 10 to 15 minutes
