Carrots Samantha

Ingredients

  • 1 lb carrots cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 Tbsp margarine
  • 1 cube chicken bouillon
  • 3 Tbsp chopped parsley

Directions

  1. Place first 3 ingredients in a skillet with enough water to cover and cook on medium heat until the carrots are tender adding more water if necessary
  2. When carrots are desired texture turn heat to high and cook until water is evaporated shaking the pan constantly so carrots dont stick or burn
  3. Sprinkle with parsley and serve
