Casey Creek Jam Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c brown sugar
• 2 c buttermilk
• 1 c raisins
• 3 12 c all-purpose flour
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 c margarine
• 1 c jam
• 1 c chopped nuts
• 3 eggs separated
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 14 tsp cloves

Directions

1. Cream margarine and brown sugar
2. Add egg yolks and beat well add jam
3. Flour the nuts and raisins with 14 cup of the flour Add cocoa and spices to the remaining flour and sift
