Cashew Chicken Oriental

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp sherry
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger root
- 1 c cashew nuts
- 15 oz drained bamboo shoots
- 12 lb mushrooms sliced
- 1 stalk celery cut in 18-inch slices
- 4 green onions chopped
- 12 lb snow peas
- 34 c water
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
Directions
- Mix sugar and cornstarch together
- Cut meat in bite size pieces and marinade in the next 6 ingredients
- Saute nuts and stir-fry vegetables in small amount of oil to tender-crisp
- Fry meat until white then add nuts and vegetables
- Stir in last 4 ingredients heating and stirring until thick
- Serve over rice
