Casserole Mexicana
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp cooking oil
- 12 lb ground chuck
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- 1 can 1 lb 4 oz size kidney beans
- 1 can 8 oz size tomato sauce
- 1 3 12 oz size can black olives chopped
- 1 6 12 oz size pkg tortilla chips crushed
- 12 c grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Heat cooking oil in large skillet
- Add ground chuck and cook until browned
- Stir in taco seasoning mix then the kidney beans black olives and tomato sauce
- Cook until the mixture boils
- Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish
- Cover with cheese and crushed chips
- Bake until cheese melts
- Serves 6
