CassieS Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 34 c white corn syrup
- 34 c sugar
- 1 c pecans
- 3 eggs
- 1 Tbsp vinegar
- 1 Tbsp melted butter or margarine
Directions
- Beat all ingredients together except pecans for approximately 2 minutes
- Add pecans
- Pour into unbaked pie shell
- Bake in a 375 oven for 35 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean
- Cool before cutting
