Catfish Court Bouillon

Ingredients
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 large bell pepper
- 2 lb catfish
- cooked rice
- 1 large onion
- 1 can Ro-Tel minced
- 1 lemon
Directions
- Cut onion and bell pepper into strips
- Mix with tomato sauce and cook for 20 minutes
- Pepper and salt to taste
- Add Ro-Tel Cut catfish into chunks
- Add to mixture
- Add juice of lemon Simmer for 15 minutes
- Serve over cooked rice
