Catfish Court Bouillon

Ingredients

  • 2 cans tomato sauce
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 2 lb catfish
  • cooked rice
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can Ro-Tel minced
  • 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Cut onion and bell pepper into strips
  2. Mix with tomato sauce and cook for 20 minutes
  3. Pepper and salt to taste
  4. Add Ro-Tel Cut catfish into chunks
  5. Add to mixture
  6. Add juice of lemon Simmer for 15 minutes
  7. Serve over cooked rice
