CathyS Crab Brunch Casserole
Ingredients
- 1 8 oz can or pkg crabmeat
- 3 c toasted croutons
- 1 12 c shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- 3 c milk
- 14 tsp onion salt
- 14 tsp salt
- 18 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 5 slices cooked bacon crumbled
Directions
- Drain crabmeat
- Spread layer of croutons in buttered 9-inch square casserole
- Sprinkle with crabmeat then cheese
- Layer 2 times ending with cheese layer
- Beat eggs add milk and seasonings
- Pour over casserole
- Bake in oven preheated to 325 for 45 minutes to 1 hour
- Check for doneness by inserting knife in center
- Will come out clean when finished
- Sprinkle bacon on top about 10 minutes before finished baking
