CatS MeowCold Fruit Candy

Ingredients

• 1 c figs or pitted dates
• 1 c pitted dried prunes
• 1 c raisins
• 1 c walnuts or pecans
• 1 c shredded coconut
• 12 c cocoa or chocolate
• 1 lb powdered sugar
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 14 c fruit juice

Directions

1. Put all dry ingredients through grinder 2 or 3 times
2. Knead well after adding butter fruit juice and vanilla
3. Let stand several hours
4. Roll out to about 34-inch thick cut into cubes or bars
5. Sprinkle liberally with powdered sugar store in covered containers in refrigerator
