Cauliflower-Ham Bake

Ingredients
- 1 medium head cauliflower
- 2 c cubed cooked ham
- 1 3 oz can sliced mushrooms drained
- 14 c butter or margarine
- 13 c all-purpose flour
- 1 c milk
- 4 oz sharp Cheddar cheese grated 1 c
- 12 c dairy sour cream
- 1 c soft bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp butter melted
Directions
- Break cauliflower into pieces about 4 cups cook in salted water until tender and drain
- Combine with ham and mushrooms
- In medium saucepan melt 14 cup butter
- Stir in flour
- Add milk all at once and stir constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles
- Add cheese and sour cream to sauce stir until cheese is melted
- Combine with vegetables and ham
- Turn into a 2-quart casserole
- Combine crumbs and 1 tablespoon butter sprinkle on top
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 40 minutes or until hot
- Makes 6 servings
