Cauliflower And Lettuce Salad

Ingredients

• 1 head cauliflower
• 1 head lettuce
• 1 onion sweet Bermuda or Noon Day chopped
• 1 lb crisp bacon
• 1 c Hellmanns I prefer salad dressing your choice
• Parmesan cheese grated optional

Directions

1. Cut up cauliflower
2. Tear up lettuce I prefer to use hands instead of knife
3. Crumble up bacon
4. Mix all ingredients together with dressing
5. Sprinkle cheese over top
