Cauliflower Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 4 Tbsp chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 23 c mayonnaise
- 2 8 oz boxes frozen chopped cauliflower cooked
- 12 stick margarine melted
- 34 c bread crumbs
Directions
- Beat the eggs in a bowl
- In separate bowl add chopped onion soup mayonnaise and beaten eggs
- Mix thoroughly
- Add cooked drained cauliflower to the first mixture mix thoroughly
- Mix melted butter and bread crumbs together sprinkle over cauliflower mixture
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
