Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 23 c mayonnaise
  • 2 8 oz boxes frozen chopped cauliflower cooked
  • 12 stick margarine melted
  • 34 c bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Beat the eggs in a bowl
  2. In separate bowl add chopped onion soup mayonnaise and beaten eggs
  3. Mix thoroughly
  4. Add cooked drained cauliflower to the first mixture mix thoroughly
  5. Mix melted butter and bread crumbs together sprinkle over cauliflower mixture
  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
