Cauliflower Cheese Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 medium heads cauliflower
- 4 strips bacon cut in small pieces
- 14 lb American cheese cut in strips
- 18 c milk
- 3 eggs lightly beaten
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
Directions
- Cook cauliflower in boiling salted water
- Drain cool and break into flowerets
- Arrange alternate layers of cauliflower bacon and cheese in well greased casserole
- Beat eggs with milk and seasonings
- Pour over all
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes
