Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • butter
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 large head cauliflower
  • garlic basil salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 c cooked brown rice
  • 2 12 c grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Saute mushrooms and onion in butter with juice of 1 lemon Saute cauliflowerets in butter with garlic basil salt and pepper to taste
  2. Mix all ingredients and put in greased casserole Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
