Cauliflower Morocco

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1 onion chopped
- butter
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 large head cauliflower
- garlic basil salt and pepper to taste
- 3 c cooked brown rice
- 2 12 c grated Cheddar cheese
Directions
- Saute mushrooms and onion in butter with juice of 1 lemon Saute cauliflowerets in butter with garlic basil salt and pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients and put in greased casserole Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
