Cauliflower Soup
Ingredients
- 14 c butter
- 1 medium carrot grated
- 2 c diced onion
- 2 c sliced celery
- 2 tsp powdered ginger
- 14 tsp pepper white
- 1 large cauliflower head in florets
- 6 c chicken stock
Directions
- Melt butter in saucepan
- Saute diced onion celery and carrot in the butter until tender
- Add chicken stock ginger pepper and cauliflower
- Bring to a boil
- Reduce heat and simmer until cauliflower is tender
- Puree soup in blender
