Cauliflower With Anchovy Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower, about 3 lb.
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 6 anchovy fillets in oil
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. dry breadcrumbs
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Trim the cauliflower, removing tough stems.
- Cook it in boiling salted water until crisp-tender.
- The water must barely touch the tips so that they do not break; drain.
- Transfer to a serving dish and keep warm.
