Cauliflower With Anchovy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower, about 3 lb.
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 6 anchovy fillets in oil
  • 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. dry breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Trim the cauliflower, removing tough stems.
  2. Cook it in boiling salted water until crisp-tender.
  3. The water must barely touch the tips so that they do not break; drain.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and keep warm.
