Cauliflower With Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 head cauliflower
• 12 c mayonnaise
• 2 Tbsp mustard
• 1 12 c shredded sharp cheese

Directions

1. Steam whole head of cauliflower
2. Do not break head apart After cauliflower is steamed leave in pot
3. Mix mayonnaise and mustard together and cover top of cauliflower
4. Sprinkle sharp cheese on top of mustard sauce
5. Cover and let cheese melt then serve
