Cayenned Corn

Ingredients
- 1 pkg frozen corn thawed
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 14 tsp cayenne or to taste
- 12 c cream or half and half
Directions
- Melt the butter in a pan large enough to accommodate the corn add the corn the garlic the cayenne and salt to taste
- Cook for 3 to 5 minutes over medium heat and add cream
- Cook additional 8 minutes or until heated through
- Serves 4
