Cedar Key Crab Tart

Ingredients
- 1 lb Florida blue crab meat
- 1 1 14 oz pkg onion soup mix
- 1 c milk
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 12 tsp rosemary leaves
- 18 tsp white pepper
- 1 8 oz pkg shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 14 c sliced ripe olives
- 1 15 oz pkg refrigerated pie crust or 2 9-inch crusts
