Celery Crunch

Ingredients

  • 4 c cooked and drained celery
  • 1 can celery soup undiluted
  • 12 c milk
  • 1 small can water chestnuts drained
  • 1 12 c cracker crumbs
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

  1. Cut up celery
  2. Cook and drain
  3. Put celery in buttered baking dish
  4. Add drained chestnuts
  5. Mix undiluted celery soup 12 cup milk and juice from chestnuts
  6. Pour over celery
  7. Spread cracker crumbs on top and spread melted margarine on top of cracker crumbs
  8. Bake at 350 for 30 or 40 minutes
