Celery Ring
Ingredients
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp tomato paste
- salt and pepper
Directions
- Cream the cheese butter and tomato paste
- Stuff all celery with mixture
- Start with heart and remake a stalk into its original shape
- Wrap in wax paper and chill
- Cut into rings for serving
