Celery Sauce
Ingredients
- 20 large tomatoes
- 10 large onions
- 3 red sweet peppers
- 4 stalks celery cut fine
- 3 Tbsp salt
- 3 c vinegar
- 4 c sugar
Directions
- Put tomatoes onions and peppers through food chopper Combine with other ingredients cook over low heat until thick This takes about all day
- Put in jars
