Cereal Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 c margarine or butter flavored shortening
- 34 c sugar
- 34 c brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 c oatmeal
- 1 c flake cereal Ive used Special K Wheaties Total and corn flakes
- 1 c chocolate chips or raisins
Directions
- Cream together margarine or shortening and sugars
- Add eggs Mix in dry ingredients then cereals and chocolate chips or raisins Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes
