Chalupa

Ingredients
- 3 lb boneless pork roast
- 1 lb pinto beans
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 8 oz can diced green chilies
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp cumin seed
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 Tbsp salt
- garnishes shredded cheese chopped onion shredded lettuce chopped tomatoes sliced avocado and sour cream
Directions
- Combine in large kettle
- Cover with water bring to boil Cover and simmer about 6 hours
- Break up meat and cook uncovered until thick about 45 minutes
