Champignons Au Vin Blanc

Ingredients

  • 1 45 oz jar whole button mushrooms
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves finely minced or 14 tsp garlic powder
  • 12 tsp dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp shallot finely minced
  • 1 12 tsp Sauterne cooking wine

Directions

  1. Drain mushrooms and set aside
  2. Melt butter and combine olive oil
  3. Add remaining ingredients and saute for about 5 minutes Add mushrooms and continue to saute turning occasionally for 5 to 8 minutes until thoroughly heated but not browned
  4. Serve promptly with lightly spooned sauce
