Chapatis

Ingredients
- 1 12 c white flour
- 12 c whole wheat flour
- 12 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 23 c water
Directions
- This is a flat bread
- Sift flour and salt adding 2 tablespoons oil and 23 cup water
- Stir to form a ball
- Knead until smooth and elastic about 3 minutes
- Divide into 12 equal pieces and form into balls
- Roll into circles 6 to 7-inches keep covered
- Heat a cast-iron skillet and cook in ungreased skillet 1 minute on each side
- Stack and cover with towel
- Serve immediately
